Aston Homes Mega Sale is available from 1 July 2026 to 31 August 2026 and applies to Aston Homes Access Collection floorplans only. This promotion is available to new customers who make an initial payment of $2,000 between 1 July 2026 and 31 August 2026. To be eligible, customers must have purchased and secured their own block of land. All sales documentation must be submitted and approved by Aston Homes. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, rebate or special offer unless otherwise approved by Aston Homes in writing. The promotion includes:  $10,000 off the base price of the selected floorplan; and  Up to $15,000 worth of nominated upgrades. To receive the upgrade component of the promotion, customers must select eligible upgrades with a total retail value of at least $15,000. Where selected upgrades exceed $15,000 in value, the customer will be charged the difference accordingly. No credit, refund, cash payment or reduction in contract price will be provided where selected upgrades total less than $15,000. Promotion inclusions are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for alternative products, services or credits. Aston Homes reserves the right to substitute any promotional item, inclusion or product with a similar product of equal or greater value where necessary. All pricing and inclusions are based on standard floorplans. Changes, modifications or customisations to any floorplan may result in additional costs and may affect eligibility for promotional inclusions.
