Terms & Conditions:

Aston Homes “Upgrade & Save” promotion is valid from 01/08/2025 to 30/09/2025 and applies exclusively to the Aston Homes Access range. This promotion is available to new initial payments made between Friday 1st August 2025 and Friday 31st October 2025 (the promotional period) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. To be eligible, the client must enter into a Preliminary Agreement, pay an initial payment of $2,000, and have purchased their own block of land. This offer applies only to tangible product upgrades, such as fixtures, finishes, and inclusions, and specifically excludes site costs, developer or council requirements, bushfire (BAL) compliance costs, and any allowances.

Clients may choose from one of three upgrade tiers:
• Pay $10,000 to receive up to $20,000 in upgrades | • Pay $15,000 to receive up to $30,000 in upgrades | • Pay $17,000 to receive up to $40,000 in upgrades

Clients may select only one upgrade tier per home. This offer is limited to a single use per build—clients cannot combine multiple tiers or redeem the same tier more than once.

If the full promotional value is not used at the Preliminary Agreement stage, the remaining balance will be issued as a Style Gallery Voucher, redeemable only during the Colour Selection Appointment. The voucher is non-transferable, holds no cash value, cannot be redeemed for refunds, and any spend beyond the voucher amount will be charged to the client accordingly. If the full voucher value is not used, the remaining promotional amount will be forfeited by the client.

This offer is limited to one promotion per home and is subject to all required sales documentation being submitted and approved by Aston Homes. All upgrade selections must be made on standard floorplans and are subject to availability. Aston Homes reserves the right to substitute products with similar alternatives if required, and to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
