Aston Homes’ “The Dream Build Sale” promotion is valid from 1 November 2025 to 31 January 2026 and applies exclusively to the Aston Homes Access range.
This promotion is available to new clients who make an initial payment from Saturday 1 November 2025 to Saturday 31 January 2026 (“the promotional period”) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
To be eligible, the client must:
- Enter into a Preliminary Agreement with Aston Homes
- Pay an initial payment of $2,000
- Submit all required preliminary paperwork to Aston Homes Head Office within 28 days of the initial payment date
Under this offer, clients will receive 50% off the retail price of their selected upgrades, up to a total upgrade value of $30,000 (RRP).
Any selected upgrades that exceed this $30,000 limit will be charged at the standard retail price.This offer applies only to tangible product upgrades, such as fixtures, finishes, fittings, and inclusions, and excludes site costs, developer or council requirements, bushfire (BAL) compliance costs, structural changes, and any allowances.This promotion is limited to one offer per home and is subject to all required sales documentation being submitted and approved by Aston Homes.
All upgrade selections must be made on standard floorplans and are subject to availability.
