*Aston Homes Total Build Bonus promotion is valid from  3/02/2026 to 30/04/2026 and applies to Aston Homes Access range of floorplans only. This promotion is available to new sales taken from Wednesday 3rd February 2026 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. To be eligible for this promotion, client must make an initial payment of $2,000 and have purchased their own block of land. This offer is limited to a maximum of 3 “bonus”  promotion items per home and is subject to all sales documentation being submitted and approved by Aston Homes. Please refer to your contract documentation for full details. Promotion items cannot be substituted for other products or credits. This offer is for a limited time only and Aston Homes reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

*1 – “Site Costs Bonus – Receive $10,000 off your fixed site costs”
Any adjustments made to the Fixed Site Cost offer will be made in writing after obtaining relevant information from Geotech and Engineer. Fixed site cost guarantee applies to land located within Aston Homes West & North build zone. Does not include screw piles and/or retaining walls and town planning/planning permit fees. Aston Homes reserves the right to vary or withdraw this offer prior to your tender appointment.  Please refer to your preliminary agreement for full details regarding fixed site costs.

*2 ”Upgrades Bonus – Receive $10,000 worth of upgrades”
Client must spend a minimum of $10,000 on upgrades to be eligible for this offer. The upgrade spend must be selected and confirmed at the initial payment stage. Upgrades selected after the job file has been submitted to the office are not eligible for this offer. The bonus is applied as a discount up to a maximum value of $10,000. If less than $10,000 is spent on upgrades, the bonus does not apply. Any upgrade spend above $10,000 will be charged at our standard rates.

*3 ”Titled Land Bonus – Receive an additional $10,000 discount if you have titled land”
To be eligible for this promotion, you must have titled land, signed a preliminary agreement and made an initial payment of $2,000, with all required documentation submitted within 14 days of initial payment date.
