Next, we contract an independent inspector to double-check everything is in order. Finally, you get to do a final walkthrough and see your dream home in action for the first time! This process may seem like a lot, but it is essential in ensuring your new home is built to last.

Warranty and aftercare

At Aston Homes, we pride ourselves on our outstanding aftercare service. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 12 month maintenance period and a builder’s warranty on all of our luxury homes, covering the building, fixtures and fittings.
