Floorplan Spotlight: The Seattle

Our design team work hard to create beautiful, expansive and contemporary floorplans – and we’d love for you to become a little more familiar with them. In today’s blog, we welcome you to learn more about one of our most popular designs – the Seattle!

The Design

Just like its American namesake, our Seattle design is a must see! Spanning 25.26 squares, the Seattle offers four spacious bedrooms, two sparking bathrooms, an open planned kitchen meals and living, a luxe home theatre, a study and an alfresco.

A standout feature is the positioning of the three additional bedrooms in their own wing, separated from the heart of the home. The sleeping quarters are serviced by separate toilet and a sparkling bathroom complete with bath, glass screened corner shower and stone topped vanity. Perfect for showers, pyjamas, stories and bed!

If you’re a fan of the phrase ‘business at the front, party at the back’ parents and couples will be pleased to find that ring true in the Seattle design! The front of the home hosts the master bedroom complete with walk in robe and ensuite featuring double stone topped vanity, oversized shower and separate toilet.  A perfect space for cosying down with a good book.

Next the the entry and siding with the master suite is a study offering space to knock off hours of productivity with some separation from other activities going on in the home.

Down the entry hallway is where the living really happens.  The beautiful dining zone features stone topped benches, plenty of built in cabinetry, a walk in pantry, island bench, stainless steel dishwasher and 900mm appliances. Flowing out to an alfresco which invites the outside in, all year round.

When it comes to entertaining, look no further than the theatre room. Positioned centrally in the home, away from the sleeping quarters, means that early birds can rest peacefully while movie marathons occur elsewhere.

Other fantastic features are the all important laundry with external access and stone bench, double remote garage with internal access and temperature control thanks to the ducted heating and evaporative cooling system.
