Flexibility
While your dedicated New Home Consultant will guide you through your inital home design choices (we’re talking all of the colours and features) at the beginning of your building journey, you can also make your selections stage by stage if you like! We’re also flexible in the location you’d like to build, as we build in a new estates AND established areas across Melbourne’s north and west. No matter your block’s size, we’re sure to have a design to match.
Communication
At Aston Homes, we pride ourselves on keeping the lines of communication open. Whether you interact with us online, over the phone, or at one of our display homes – you’ll be chatting with a team member who wants to help make your dream a reality! Throughout the pre-construction and then construction stages we will keep you in the loop with developments, so you don’t have to wonder whether everything is on track.
Transparency
As the old saying goes ‘there are no silly questions’, we are very happy to answer any questions you have about your new home. We share a lot of building insights on our blog, however no doubt there will be other things you don’t understand and we are very happy to answer any questions you have. If you have questions about our timelines, our tradespeople or if there’s some building terminology you can’t quite get your head around – we’re happy to answer all of your big questions! If you ask a team member and they are not sure, they will always find out and come back to you.
