Measure Up

Due to the sheer volume of caravan and motor home shapes, sizes and makes on the market, it is important for us to emphasise that there are limits to what modifications can  be made to our designs, to suit your individual needs. What is possible is determined by the size of your land, your caravan and your requirements. The below information is relevant to most pop-up vans.

Design

There are a number of ways we can adjust our garage designs to suit your caravan. Firstly, we can adjust the positioning of your home on your block to allow for a longer driveway – allowing greater manoeuvrability. This means more room for packing (exciting), unpacking (not so exciting) and cleaning.

Your garage’s height, width and depth are all variables that can be modified to suit your van, too. Though, the height of the garage door is restricted to 2400mm max. Our drafting team can also include additional space and structuring for your storage needs. This will ensure that your tent, fishing rods, sleeping bags and travel equipment will all be safely stored and protected during the off-season. If you want further flexibility, a rear roller door can be added to the garage to allow drive-through capability – once again this feature is  dependent on the floorplan that you have selected and the shape and size of your block. If you are fortunate enough to have a very wide block, you may even consider a third car space with its own garage door!
