At Aston Homes, we value the relationship we build with our clients through the course of constructing their home. This relationship doesn’t end the moment we hand over the keys, In fact  many of our clients go on to become friends, who refer friends and family to build with us. If something comes up after our client has moved into their home such as a faulty door handle or a stiff window, we welcome their call and will respond with a solution in the swiftest possible time. There’ll be no call dodging, time wasting or hoping that you’ll simply get so sick of ringing about it that you’ll eventually just take care of it yourself!

The difference between a run-of-the-mill builder and a good builder is how they respond when unplanned things happen – and we all know that they do!

It’s all in the builder’s warranty.

Aston Homes take our builders warranty very seriously and are committed meeting our statutory obligations, meaning that after you move into your home, we welcome you to contact us.  If it is a legitimate warranty claim, you can rest assured we will get it resolved as quickly as possible.

Furthermore, each appliance, fixture and fitting in your brand new home comes with its own warranty. Rather than simply directing you to deal with the manufacturers warranty department and considering the issue resolved, we make use of our established relationship with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
