Your Easy Start With Aston Homes
Transparency is of great importance to the Aston Homes team and that’s why we’re happy to share the ins and outs of our building process with you. There are a few things we do a little differently at Aston Homes, so we’re sharing our unique easy start deposit. Read on to learn more about the Aston Homes difference!
Stage 1: Browse (and fall in love with) our Aston Homes designs
If you’re considering a new-build in Melbourne’s outer suburbs, the Aston Homes website should be your first port of call! Here, we have each of our free flowing and contemporary floorplans and facades on show. We have designs suitable for first home buyers, growing families, downsizing retirees, property investors and budding couples. Once you’ve found a design you love, or if you have some questions about what is possible, it’s time to get in touch. The friendly Aston Homes team are prepped and ready to chat about everything from block specifics, your special requirements or any questions you might have. We’ll also invite you to visit our beautiful display homes. Our doors are open from 11AM to 5PM daily at both of our locations.
Stage 2: Easy start $2000 deposit
Here comes the Aston Homes difference! Once you’ve met with our team and we’ve locked down your requirements, you’ll be delighted to learn that we’ll only request an initial payment of just $2000. A small price to pay to get the ball rolling, isn’t it? This deposit not only gives us the go-ahead to commence the early stages of preparing to build your dream home, but also allows you the breathing room to continuing saving! A win-win for all.
Stage 3: Let’s build!
This next stage will be a time of on-going communication between you and the Aston Homes team. Provided that you have been granted a title for your land, the Aston Homes team and our third-party experts will take the lead on the pre-construction steps and then the preparation of your tender. Your tender will detail your building costs, the styling choices you have made and tender drawings of your new home for approval. Once accepted, your final contract will be readied for your signature. This contract will be an extensive document detailing all the working drawings and specifications of your new home. At this stage, you’ll be asked for confirmation of your loan approval (if you are using finance). We’ll then finalise all permits, paperwork and permissions necessary to bring your dream home to life!
